All services are delivered in accordance with Cambodian law and relevant international standards. All services are provided under a formal engagement letter or agreement that defines the scope of work, responsibilities, timelines, and fees. In case of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement shall prevail.
Accessing our website or submitting an inquiry does not establish a professional or client relationship. Such a relationship is only formed upon mutual agreement and execution of a formal engagement document.
